With the Personality Inventory we share with the applicants before the face-to-face interview, we ensure that they see their strengths and aspects open for improvement.

Competence-Based Interview

Applicants whose processes continue positively are invited to face-to-face interviews for closer acquaintance. At this stage, we evaluate the suitability of the applicants to the competencies required by the applied position.

Evaluation Center Practices (Executive Positions)

Our executive applicants who successfully complete the competence-based interview stage are included in the evaluation center practices (case-study analysis, role-play) which are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the applied positions.

We make a job offer to the applicants
who successfully complete all the steps.
